Olusegun Oludare

Engr. Olusegun Oludare is a passionate operations management and leadership expert with over 24 years of experience covering Organization Strategy Development, Leadership, People Management, manufacturing, project management, procurement, warehousing, and distribution. Others include Production and Maintenance, Safety and Quality Management, Process Optimization, and Continuous Improvement using TPM and Lean Systems, Problem Solving, Business Leadership, and Executive Management.

As a Japanese-trained TPM instructor and a Lean specialist, he has helped deliver dramatic improvements in productivity, manufacturing, and supply chain savings for all the organizations he has worked for. He was once a Plant Manager for Unilever, Plant Manager for Coca-Cola Hellenic, Head Product Supply/Plant Manager for SC Johnson, Operations Manager for Twinings Ovaltine, and Operations Director for Chemical And Allied Products Plc. He was also Executive Director for Electronic Payplus Ltd.

His experience covers both brown and green project management. In the recent past, as GM of Manufacturing & Logistics, he led the completion of an agrochemical factory for The Candel Company Nigeria Ltd-(the first indigenous agrochemical plant at the Lekki Free Trade Zone in Nigeria), installing and commissioning all the processes and packing lines, recruiting all factory staff, developing processes and systems for safety, health, environment, manufacturing, warehousing/logistics, and engineering and running the plant to full steam.

His last place of work was with The Kaizen Institute(founded by Masaaki Imai)-a global consulting firm with a presence in over 65 countries, as a Senior Consultant (contract), where he helped client organizations develop and implement Kaizen methodology for continuous improvement.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria(FIMC) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC); Fellow of, the Institute of Information Management(FIIM) He is also a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers(MNSE), Member of Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers(MNSChE), Chartered Member Institute of Logistics & Transport(CMILT), Member Institute of Operations Management UK (MIOM), Expert Member Institute of Supply Chain Management, UK (ESCM), Member, Institution of Chemical Engineers, London.

He also holds an IASSC Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma (CLSSBB) as well as APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management(CPIM). He possesses a BSc & MSc in Chemical Engineering, an MBA(Finance) from the University of Lagos. He also has a Master of Arts degree(MA) in Christian Leadership Studies and has just completed an Executive Business Management program from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK. He is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization on Supply Chain and Logistics with the Texila American University

Mr Ariyo Toyin David

Ariyo holds an HND in Accounting from Ogun State Polytechnic Abeokuta. He has over 19 years’ experience in Audit, Banking, Manufacturing Logistics, sales and facility Management spanning various areas of accounting, budgeting and financial planning, export documentation and regulatory compliance gained in First Bank of Nigeria Plc, NSL Lotteries Management Company, IBFC Agusto Training Limited, UTC Nigeria Plc and Ladgroup Limited. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and happily married with lovely children.

MR. BHADMUS OLUWATOYIN ALIMI

Alimi is a well experienced account in treasury management, taxation, audit and accounts acquired from the manufacturing, trading, and service industries.

He is a fellow of the institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria, member of the chartered institute of loans and risk management of Nigeria.

He has an MBA in Finance, MSC in strategic management, BSC in Accounting as well as an HND in accounting. He is an alumnus of the Lagos business school.
